The rubber liners make these way more comfortable than the plain metal ones I tried before, no pinching or slipping. The tension is adjustable too, so I can wear them a lot longer than expected.
Wasn't sure about clamps at first but the adjustable tension lets me dial it way down, which is perfect for someone new to this. The metal clips hold firm without pinching thanks to the soft rubber coating.
The rubber liners really do make a difference—I can wear these for a while without any pinching, which I didn't expect as someone new to this. The tension is just right, snug but easy to adjust, and they stay put.
